I was wondering if there is supposed to be a governor spring on the little 7HP Briggs in the B207E?? Mine surges a bit at an idle, and I don't see a spring on it anywhere. Thanks for the help!

Kevin mine has a spring on throttle linkage, I tried loading picture but won't let me ?
