Two Questions, one recently a wire off the key switch got hot, white wire that ties into the white wire that goes to Test wire on light panal, also fried the diod that is hooked into that white wire series. 1. What would have caused this? 2. What size diod is it? Agco has not been much help. I replaced the key switch thinking there was some sort of short in it. I am currently running it with the diod off and wire cut, have no panal power, no tach, no fuel gauge. Give me your thoughts.

Second Question, I have an 8050 MFD that front end has play, My mechanic replaced the bold and bushing in right hand hub, front end was tight for a few months and now there is play in it again. The bolt seems to have too much play, when going down the road there is a wobble in the front end because of the play. 1. How do I keep this tight? 2.
They seem to think that kit which basically consists of a bolt and bushing is worth a quit a bit. Is there a better option.

just redid the steering on my 8050 so could run autosteer to plant. Replaced bolt and castle nut with bolt and locknut. Make sure bushing that goes thru axle sits flush on hub. Tighten bolt tight against bushing, cylinder should pivot on bushing, not bolt. Also check bushing that fits in end of cylinder. Grease every 8 hours. Good luck

My 8050 did the same thing,bushing in the power steering cylinder was worn.
