Looking at a H3 with blade.

Gas

How useful are they? are they heavy enough to clear fence rows (Not large trees)

Clean creek out (Rock)?

Good Morning Charlie:

The H-3 can do lots within its design capacity. Good for grading and light work. If the fence rows have larger boulders I would opt for a larger machine say HD11 class or a track hoe.

As far as boulders in the stream, I would use the track hoe for that and keep the H-3 dry.
