Anybody ever rebuild the brakes on these? How much time and cost? Thanks Tracy

Maybe they last a long time and nobody has to fix them.
From the repair manual, it looks like a big job, typical inboard
disk type system. Tear down involves removing wheels, fenders?, drop down finals... Just like a bigger Allis! Although I don't see an opportunity for a stuck pin like the bigger machines. perhaps taking it apart will ruin some seals.

Partstree shows they have the main wear component, the friction disks.
Two on each side. They list for $143.94 each. P/n 2174668SM. The standard advice is check with Sandy Lake.

I am sure Rick Corder can line the disc and bands no problem. Just wondering how much time and trouble. Tracy

I worked mine over, it is a big job. My discs were not worn but oil soaked. I put them in the BBQ for 8 hours at 350 degrees and they were like new
