Just from the look of it, I don't think so. The axle is placed too far forward. Hence the weight to keep the tongue on the ground. I think the AC/Simplicity engineers were smarter than that.

I think it is, but it's been modified somehow. The axle looks too far forward and it is missing the original brake system they had. A quick google image search came up with a photo ad from original AC literature that shows an identical setup though. No brakes and wheels forward. AaronSEIA |

I believe it is correct. I have one just like it but mine is cream colored. The wheels belong where they are. They were made like that! It's not altered on wheel location. It dumps easy! and it will fold over - upside down. Price is ?? Tongue can be easily fixed. never seen one with that big of decal on sides. The tailgate latches don't look right. Could be a modification. Looks like several inches of the tongue have been cut off. Your correct on tailgate! Its been modified, but tongue looks like correct length. Just has the flats straps broken off. Welds are showing and even a little yellow paint on end of tube.
