I wanted to add some Roto Baler variations to my collection. Last spring I built and posted pictures of the first one with the conveyer and tandams added, plus the Hanson bale loader. Then I did some research one the baler with the power unit added. The motor is from a resin 60 combine the I bought broken up, so I had to make a mold, and cast another motor out of resin. The tires on the balers aren't close to looking real so I turned a 5 rib tire pattern on my lathe, modified a diecast rim, and made a mold. The tires are poured out of RTV rubber.
(At this point, they are about $20 each, LOL) Then the third baler was modified to a white top and just changed the tires and wheels. I have one more to make with the white top and side screens so I will end up with four variations on the shelf. Here's a picture of the three.

You could spend half your time giving classes on how you do things. I bet many would join an internet class to learn a few things. Big smile

Armand,  You never cease to amaze me.  That is one meticulously built, extremely detailed, exact replica of a Roto Bailer.
We never sold one with the engine on it but I can see how easy it would be to operate.
I still remember the first one we sold being pulled by a WC with no live pto and putting out five bales per minute.
GREAT JOB!!
Good Luck!

Real nice.

If you get this way I can take you to see the real machines. The white top has the fast wrap. They are located not to far from me.

Look forward to seeing you again.

Real cool Armand.  Lon has one just like in the top picture, with out the tandams.  He bought it from me, he found the upper feeder for it and put the Hanson loader on it.   We got up front and personal with it last summer at Hutch.   They are a bit tempermantal, then the Hanson loader didnt load like with thought it shouldve, any way we had a good time.  See ya soon!!
