Here are a couple of pics where you can figure almost to the pound for 2000 Monoframe plow.

I sure hope you are able to save it. Sure has been a lot of good stuff go for scrap the last few years. I wish there were more of those plows here in central Iowa. I don't really plan on doing a lot of plowing, but they have been an important part of keeping our country fed, and probably should be saved just for that reason. I would like to get my hands on an Allis disc (disk?) sometime, too. There are some available, but I am a cheapskate. |

If it weren't for the last minute, I wouldn't get anything done!

He said it wouldn't go to scrap if i wanted it and I told him I wanted it. He is hauling a lot of good machinery in because of iron prices.

JoeO thanks for copying the plow weight charts. According to it, my AC 2000 6-18 weights around 3300 plus the lift cylinder. It is a later version plow (1981 era) that has the 32.5" clearance. It is a great companion to my AC 7060 tractor and fun to operate. You will be glad you saved it. Does anyone know of a weblink that shows the current scrap iron price per ton?
