At our local plow day I usually plow with my d-15II and a 2 btm trailer plow with an unfortunate green color). Dave (cvny) plows with his 45 and snap coupler three btm plows and runs circles around me. Our local dealer always insisted that the d-15 was a three plow tractor ... would I do better if I found a snap coupler plow meant for the tractor? or should I just stick to what Im already using? Thanks, Brian S

Trailer plows offer no draft to the tractor. A fully mounted 3 bottom IMO would be alot easier to pull. I'm pretty sure if the WD45 was on your plow it would be a totally different story.

Find a 2 bottom Snap Couple and then you can run circles around him. LOL As long as your Traction boost is working and the plow is set right.

Come to CT and grab this 5 disc tiller plow and have something no one else has, that would be worth writing about, everyone and there brother has moldboard plows, according to Farm practices; " If it is possible to use the moldeboard plow, there is really no need for the disc plow. BUT, if the disc plow does the best work, and the season, locality, soil and crop requirements favor it's use, there is really no good reason why the moldboard plow SHOULD be used" enough said, Be different. I need this piece to go to a good caring home, soon....

I realize there others who have these plows, sorry. Just want it to find a good home.

I pull a 3 bottom#73 SC plow with depth wheel with my D15 II no problem for the most part. We have hard clay soil here. There are places my 185 with 3 bottoms talks to you also.  HTH Tracy Martin

Last week I put my 2 bottom roll-over on the D14 for the first time ever. I just rebuilt the engine. It did a better job pulling them then my D15 series 1 did in the spring. But the traction booster isn't working on the D15, but the tires are loaded. The D14 tires are not loaded and no weights on it, traction booster worked great. What a pleasure to plow with.Bob
