Certain other types of bush are more fun to play with; but this is a good 2nd, a crawler day out with a orange fella and old yella.
Old fella on the HD6 should see this soon and join in. I,m the bloke on the D4 !

Hi Ianoz, log is a native kauri of ours; very similar to the karri you have in victoria. and yes quite valuable.
More of a day out. As Mactractor said alot of beer was drunk and that log just seemed to get bigger and heavier ! We pulled it up this big long greasy clay hill with the 2 crawlers.
Bit of a mismatch with the gearing as D4 7u has a faster 1st gear than the HD6, so it certainly blew some cobwebs out of my tractor, hence the beer to settle the nerves and provide coolant for the men and there noble steeds.

Giz, the screens deflect stones and rocks that break windshields. Very common on trucks in New Zealand. Although not covering whole windshields, they do stop a lot of breakages which are a problem on rural roads here. Mac
