One old timer

   I had to go to a meeting out west of town and seen this old timer by the highway in a village west of town. I could not find anybody to ask if for sale and price. My niece lives in that village if somebody is interested, I will ask her to try to find name of owner. There are some numbers on rear axle but no other to tell what brand or anything.
