Yep it's that new mail system the USPS went to never count on your mail till you have it in your hand. SAD cause mine isn't here yet neither maybe we should turn our mail over the the Canadians, they get theirs faster.

Mine too Pat, you know, Dave gets a lot of flack over this when they all left the publishers the same day and he has no control over anything in the delivery process. To keep this off the political page I won't mention what entity runs the delivery service.
