I am in process of replacing brakes on a 480C backhoe. I have all the factory manuals. The brakes are very similar to the AC ones on the hundred series. You can repair or replace outside of tractor without removing axle or finals. My question is the gap between the friction surfaces. There is not a specific measurement given that I can find in any of the manuals. Can't talk to a service guy over the age of high school most places. I don't want to do this but one time. Would any of you guys be very versed on one of these machines? Any help appreciated. Thanks, Tracy
