So my wd 45 with factory power steering showed up today. Overall every thing is in decent shape except the power steering leeks like crazy from the bottom of the unit. doesn't seem to be from a line, hopefully it is just a gasket.

Two questions. I assume there is a separate manual for the power steering unit. Anybody got one to sell?

Second, what is the best way to get the unit out?

Thanks

Hey Doc congratulations I run both of my 45 fps every day! I took the hood off of both of mine and cleaned everything up degrease and put all new hoses. There’s really not much to leak on the reservoir except for the inlet and outlet and drain plug that I can think of.. and I have never seen a supplement for the power steering if you find one let me know. Thanks and again you are absolutely going to love it!

Seems like there is a oring under the end caps that likes to leak. Think the spool has gotten pitted.

I read there is a supplement for the power steering in the allis service manual.
