Am looking for any info or pictures of them to help out someone who is looking to build a 1/64 model of them. Also what was the total production of these machines? Thanks

I dont the production numbers, but it wasnt very many. If I remeber right the company bought most of them back. The allison power shift transmission kind of doomed that before it got started. It was actually based of a Deerfield loader.

The T16 Sugar Babe was the first 4wd tractor offered by Allis-Chalmers. The T16 was offered in 1963 and 1964. AC's first 4wd was based on the TL16 wheel loader. The tractor was rated at 117 hp. Allis-Chalmers marketed the T16 to big farms but only a total of 15 units were ever sold. The T16 was offered in Persian Orange and was also sold in Florida and Louisiana sugar can country in industrial yellow where it was called the Sugar Babe. |
