I know they moved from Mpls location and some listings have them out of state or out of business - so was a surprise to find this listing - didn't try it but figured someone would

Kind of old thread but thought I would add. I have seen several complaints about 1/2 shipments, very long backorders and no response.
Here's the email they sent back when I sent to the back-end address I had for them:

Good Afternoon,

Minnpar no longer offers tech/phone support.
We are strictly website based now. 

So as far as I am concerned they are gone.
