Lets hope the Republicans hold the Senate... That puts a lot of Checks and Balances on what major changes can happen.  Looks like it will be 50 Repubs and 48 Dems with the last two positions to be a RUN OFF in january.. both Georgia spots.

I don't understand why you'd think the price would go anywhere.  After the covid vaccine is dispensed there will be a glut of used RV's and campers.

Thank you sir for having some sense. Seems not many people do anymore. The way I see it the President is pretty much just the face of the country. There's not much here can do other than smile for the cameras and issue apologies to Mexico. He can't make or change laws. That's done by the house and senate yet everybody wants to blame the face out front. Never understood it myself

Takes four years to remove what got in, is worse than dealing with cockroaches, they can be dealt with, we will just be dealing with these roaches for four years.  Fuel crosses $4/gal and electric goes where projected, good luck on having enough money to fuel tractors to raise Biofuel feed stocks.  According to Joe he is going to ban Fossil Fuel.

Sorry Hendrix, with Exec Orders and control still of the House, he CAN make laws or add personnel to departments to make laws as EPA.

Think about what you just said. What would $4 gas do to the economy? He'd be a damned idiot to take steps to ruin the economy. The way I see it there's promises ALL candidates make to get elected and there's promises ALL candidates make and plan to keep. How about let's wait and see which is which

The problem is TRUMP told you exactly what he thought and exactly what he was going to do.. Anything that did NOT get done is because it was stopped by the HOUSE with NO VOTE.

BIden is your typical Politician.. As you said, they lie, cheat and steal.. Tell you what you WANT to hear... EVERYTHING IS FREE... We can eliminate fossil fuel... We can eliminate dirty air... WE can have world peace.. We can stop this VIRUS tomorrow... The RICh can pay for EVERTHING and the US will be rolling in money !!.... BOY, THIS WILL BE GREAT !.. Typical LYING POLITICIAN.

I have been wondering what the current administration did to cause milk to go up so much.  It wasn't too long ago it was $1.89/gal.  Today I see it advertised for $4.99/gal.  With the welfare this country give to farmers, you'd think it would be going the other way!

Oh Joe said fossil fuel needs to go to save the world in the last debate. In his better days Joe might have fazed it in but the left wing of party wants to start yesterday.

I sure hope checks and balances work better at the national level than in Califory. Currently we will all be cold and hungry as there is no substitute for fossil fuel yet.

Where are you hiding from the covid?  Dairy farmers have been at break even or less for 5 years.  Now covid comes along, schools and other places are not taking the little cartons of milk. The grocery stores where out of milk,as the plants could not fill more gallon jugs. So plants dumped milk. There is a shortage in store, to ration supply you raise the price (ecom 101 ). Middle men, coops, and the grocery store all get more money. A cent or 2 is even getting to dairymen as most are keeping even,or going broke slower than 6 months ago.

So since Trump is responsible for all the troubles. (a) He closed down to quick, and discriminated against Asians ( ala Nancy at the beginning of shut down).  (b) Trump did not close things down fast enough (ala Joe all through the campaign). But you got it if Trump had not been in House hearing defending himself he would of fixed this before it happened. The House never proved anything but that they hate Don. Now you keep your guy from raising my heating bill OK.

In my little old Berg, there are two smaller independents and a super walmart. Walmart's milk is usually $3.48/gallon. The two independents throw a sale every so often at 2 Gal/$5.00, so, I'll usually wait for their sale prices,,but their last "sale" price was quite some time ago and their regular price has been same as Walmart's. SO,,something is happening with the milk industry even tho there are several BIG dairys around here,,,,????
I'm thinkin I'm gonna just do a "Wait And See" with what happens to President Trump cause there is SO Much "quiet" all over that makes me think "something"  is fixin to happen,,,,??
There is one thing I would like to mention,,,for those that are interested,,President Trump has started an "Election Defense Task Force" and asking for donations to fight the election fraud. Feel free to donate whatever you want,,,It'll make you feel better,,,,,WinkClapClap

the RV sales lots already have numerous big RV's that they can't sell cuz they have the CAT motors in them. no one wants them, they trade them in and get some other kind of engine, many places now won't take them in trade, they tell the owners to sell them outright an then come back to talk about buying a new one. reason? dunno. i guess that if one can afford to buy them big ones, they can afford the fuel too!

I’m not sure if the mpg is the issue primarily, I do visit an RV forum and what I gather the DEF/Regen issue, and cat service concerns appears to be prevalent.
I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

im dunno why Mac...last time we were at Camping world they were sure trying to push us into a used very high end motorhome for a cheap a$$ price. when i inquired more about it he answered all my questions fine, and when asked about the power he said Cat powered, i said they are getting a bad rap on them engines, and the salesman said yeah, and that's why we can't sell all these we got! said they had new and used and can't sell any of them, said they have others with different brand engines and there is no problem selling them! we talked about this at coffee one morning and a fellow that runs some Cat equipment said they are dumping their equipment for other brands, said service and repair costs is out the roof on their stuff compared to others. so i spose it's prolly the same way on the motorhomes too?

i did check with a few other camper places on what i'm looking for, and we talked about the Cat powered motorhomes too, trying to find out why no one wants them? all of them had at least one on their lot that was a Cat powered, and they couldn't sell them. told one dealer maybe they should change the engine out, and they said they have already been thinking about that! they also said costs of repairs and dealer support was a main cause of no one wanting the motorhomes they power. seems weird that there would be that much difference in costs on different makes of diesels!

Price of milk is up because of all the butter lickers.
Americans have been using more butter:
https://www.dairyherd.com/article/usda-cheese-and-butter-production-continues-climb
Sitting by the TV licking sticks of butter, ha.
Looks like cheese sales are up too.
I'm surprised frozen products are down,..
I've been doing my part in supporting the ice cream herders.

Cat 3406E engines have oil seal problems as they age. It may be worse on engines that are not ran often. A lot of RVs have low miles for their age which may exacerbate the problem. The last time I was at Freightliner the shop rate on motor homes was $162 per hour.

Cat did not offer tier 4, stopped building by that event for road duty.  3406E is a 1990s engine and OLD so seal issues would be prevalent due to time in service.  Also NOT many RVs with the 3406E in them most were 3116 or 3126, both Crap disposable, bored cylinder engines.
