My brother has a friend in Sweden who builds motorcycles, they share a building with a airplane machinist, this was a toy they just finished. Not something I usually am into, but the workmanship!!!!! I love the fender lights!

I was guessing ECU/fuse panel, I sent him a message asking more about it, but haven't heard anything back

Looks like an ABB  PLC ( Programmable Logic Computer), way overkill and yeesh something else to go wrong.
Sure is real pretty though.
Tailights are aircraft  wingtip units. Xeon strobes, $$$.
