looking for a good forward revers shuttle for a 816 close to Wisconsin. Also a hydraulic pump for the loader and the steering pump. As long as I working on it would like to fix most of the problems before the snow flys

think rebuilding your unit would be the solution to a problem 
Check under some of the 715 posts as there is a supplier of parts that might help you find what you need

Thanks is there a good way to get it down and out from under the tractor. Have a transmission jack. but i think the shuttle might be a little heaver than a transmission

They might have access to parts , - its a unit that should come out with transmission jack as the support for it
