Randal: You may want to check that you're not missing a digit...the serial # book only has 6 digit listings. None seem to cover 4 as a starting # in my book anyway, and your T at the end doesn't show in any listing either...maybe I just need a better book LOL.

I used to own a 450B they are a great little machine!!  Also ran 450C's for others they will do a amazing amount of work for their size.   The 450B I had was a loader machine and mostly I used it for cuting trees with a 16" morbark shear head attatchment.

THE ONLY TAG ON THE MACHINE IS ON THE ENGINE. I WAS TOLD THAT THE ENGINE TAG HAD THE SERIAL # FOR THE MACHINE ALSO. THE ENGINE TAG HAD 4219 CT 02 FOR MODEL AND THE SERIAL WAS 41029 T . I WONDER IF THERE MIGHT BE ANOTHER LOCATION ON THE FRAME WHERE ANOTHER TAG WOULD BE. THE TAG ON THE FRONT OF THE BATTERY BOX IS MISSING. THANKS GUYS.
