I have an I-400 with a loader. The problem is that when I pull the lever to lift the bucket the engine almost stalls. Maybe the govenor is slow to react. Same thing when I let the clutch out to move the tractor. Any suggestions?

I have a I400 Loader with Backhoe. These things are under powered. I have to run mine at ½ throttle to keep it from stalling. In tight places I would rather run at a fast idle but it will stall if you deadhead the pump.
