Has anybody been installing new brakes on a CA. I have no luck in getting quality brakes. The adjustment is never correct, in order for the "parking brake" to work, they pads are dragging on the drum. In order to stop the pads are once again dragging on the drum. The make terrible noise when the peddle is pressed. They won't even stop with a darn! Anybody else having trouble? I have even bought new brake drums with no luck?
