Are the seals for the lift arms cylinders for the WD/wd45  the same as the ones for the AC loader cylinders?

I will say no, I am guessing the loader cylinders are different sized rods and bores, as well as being different designs.

You are best to compare part numbers using the parts books.  If they work, here are links to the parts books for you.  First link should be the WD/WD45 parts book.  The second is the AGCO parts book for the AC Farm loaders, you need to pick the model loader you are thinking of.
