How screwed am I on this Allis WD45 block?

What are the chances that both sleeve rings have failed on sleeve 3 & 4 and the block is not cracked?

What are the odds that four Orings have failed on TWO sleeves exactly in the center of the block right where the blocks are known to crack ??

Kinda looks like the one cylinder has been leaking for awhile according to the rust around the sleeve at the block. Did you pressure test it?

Pressured up to 15psi and started dripping.  Lost pressure within 5 minutes.

It may be junk but the only way to know is to tear it apart. A few hours of work and you will know.

has anyone ever tried any BLOCK SEALER in this application... Either something like BARS that you pour into the antifreeze and run it... or a liquid you pour in around the liners and let it harden around the base ? ( when the block is empty and head is off )..
Like them all, but love the "B"s.
