Standard operation at the nearby Radcliffe Iowa elevator rim and wheel shop. Best I can gather from them, wheel rims are the same for all load ratings, at least their stock is, and its only wheel centers that vary for load ratings. They have rims and centers and put them together on order.

I have done that but only because replacements where not available.

I've never been able to understand how people can mess up the name when there's decals on it
