 I have a little 7+ton HD5 dozer with winch

Tracks are not the greatest... Heres a pic.
Must be the new style see thru bushings? LOL
Think a simple pin and bushing turning would do it?  LOL
Does anyone have:
 1. dimensions for the links?
 2. New pins and bushings .. if links are acceptable yet.
 3. or some good rails?  and possibly sprockets too?
Here is pic of worse side.

Think this sprocket is cherry?
cut off/weld on or find nos ine piece sprockets?

Also Does anyone have a bit of info on a Carco winch E-24?
One lever has forward nuetral and reverse , does the other handle have a brake? My handle is not attached at the moment.

Gemdozer, I think I need 66 pins and bushings, 33 of them for sure.
Are whole or weld on sprockets available yet?
Maybe have to set up on a jig and weld up and grind down the teeth and then heat treat?

Tried  http://www.crawlerheaven.com/tracklinks_chart.htm but this link doesn't work for me.Disapprove

There are parts on eBay located in Maryland. Weld on sprocket rings are available. There are 2 different sprocket splines.

the winch levers: one is for forward/reverse, the other lever is for engage/freewheel. there is not brake on these winches. cables usually freeze up and do not work properly. I have a used set of tracks, the pins and bushings need to be turned, inside wear more than outside wear. rails are decent, slightly rounded on the outside edges but still useable. I think berco still has the weld on sprockets but not sure. pm me if interested. located in pa, a good ride from Wisconsin.
