Hello my father has a hd 11ep s/n 13858 that we are having a problem with the blade being very very slow to raise. The line pressure is in the red if your at idle and sets on the line between the red and green at WOT. I have never worked on a dozer before and seeing if you all could point me in the right direction or where to even start. Possible pump or relief vavle or what not. Thanks In advance.

I replaced the filter already and yes all the fluids are at operating ranges.

There are parts diagrams at Minnpar on these, there were a number of variations as to blade cylinders where a few had rapid drop mechanisms. If you could post photos or look at the diagrams perhaps could locate the whereabouts of the issue.
