Been seeing a lot more Wolf Spiders trying to get Inside of late, house is sprayed so they do not last very long but still loads of them and is Still Warm out.

This morning went to let our last pup go do his business, not just one but TWO Armadillos in the yard, he ran up on one, the critter just raised up and looked at him where he stopped then walked away low growling and glancing back at the strange looking critter he had not ever seen before! @@

Weather forecasts are for the heat to break by Thursday, not getting above 80 from then on out. Almanac said looking for frost in Central Midwest early in October.

Have a 9 footer my own self, had it set last winter to side discharge then we got one of them Great Snowball WET packing snows, well short story longer and more boring, got to dragging on a flat area, snow built up failed to side unload where I failed to notice and WHAM I end up High Centered as the snow LIFTED my 180 under the Drawbar/3point supports. Took considerable doing to get off that snow wedge then Opened up that angle some more!!

DMiller,,,,this ol Kewannee is a heavy old blade for sure,,,it is made so i can shift the blade to one side or the other so it sticks out farther on one side,,,maybe a 2 foot shift,,,it is wider than the tractor in the middle setting but i can shift it if i need to,,,,but that thing riding on them big casters sure looks like it is gona be the cats azz for snow,,,i will keep the wet snow thing in mind,,,,dont need to be shoveling that wet stuff

DJ, when you said visitors I thought you had some of the aliens stop by. Our associate pastor is out that way visiting his daughter and went up to Roswell. Hope those little green men didn't get him. I was out at Ore Grande in '97 and flew up around Roswell but didn't see anything.

Well,,Steve,,,the only'ist time I ever been in San Fran,,,we flew into the city and pretty much stayed close to the hotel and the Conference Center. One of the attendees of the conference was a "Local" and he showed us a lot of the bars and there was one place where you drove up to a big hill,,then drove down the other side and that road was the most winding road you ever seen,,,!!! Must of had like 50 curves around all them fancy houses on the way down the hill.
The place I enjoyed the most was this two story  bar on a corner somewhere and you talk bout a much lively Bar,,,can't remember the name but vgery popular and lots of customers,,,!!!
I don't remember any little strange men,,,but they's sure a LOT of them strange lookin peoples on thet town,,,,
THEN,,,to make matters worster,,,,the mornin we were suppossed to leave out,  there was a pretty big earthquake bout 3AM that knocked out the power all over the bay including the airport, so all flights were cancelled. We were in hotel room and there were people runnin up and down the halls ,,SCREAMING and everything Pitch dark,,!! Finally there was a dude that came to our door to give us a little flashlight and told us to get out of room and go to lobby ASAP as they were expecting another quake,,!!  Jimminny,,this ole desert boy was sure wantin to leave San Fran quick,,,,
They finally restored power to airport after lunch and they bussed us to airport and no arguments from anybody. Thet song bout the ole boy that left his heart in San Fran,,??? Well,,I expect there was a lot of Chit left at the hotel that night,,,,LOLLOL

Well,,Shameless,,,we've had a little rain every afternoon since last Thursday,,,Absolutely amazing. Now,,I know that a lot of the bugs that fly use the thunderstorms to "move" from place to place and I been see'in a lot of bright orange critters that kinda resemble the wood ticks of Nort Dakota,,,and the funny thing bout them is the ants will not bother them,,,?? I pushed a couple of them into an ant hill and the ants would go up to em,,give em a smell and just back away from them. They must emit an odor that them ants don't like,,,Anybody seen some of these critters,,??
