Gleaner E Tailings Elevator

   Hello forum I have a Gleaner E and the tailings elevator scrapers are worn out (rubber part). I was planning on making my own since a whole chain seems to be kind of expensive. I plan to make these out of rubber belting. I wanted to check with the forum and see if anyone has ever made these scrapers before and if they could share the process and possibly the dimensions. 

I have a AC Gleaner Dealers Parts Catalog for Serial number 1001 & up and the part number that it shows for the rubber scraper is 1109084, but I can't seem to cross reference it to a newer number. 

Has any one ever replaced these rubber scrapers before? If so could you let me know how you performed the task and what dimensions they used? Or if you still order the scarpers at a reasonable price please that could be another route.

	I don't know what expensive means to you but you are going to have a bunch of time involved doing what you're planning. I'd say if the paddles are shot the chain is as well. Sprocket can't be far behind. There are aftermarket choices which may be cheaper than AGCO.

	AGCO Part # is 71109084 5.92 each
