Hi everyone!
So, I bought a 5020 2WD although I have hills.  It does have a front loader.   But no other accessories.  I was thinking about buying a used 48" John Deere brush hog or Tractor supply 48" brush hog.

From my research the tractor is too light to pull a square baler.

RE: small drum mower:
Has anyone used a small drum mower to cut hay behind the AC 5020 2WD or think it would work?   I need something to cut my hay and then I was thinking of just gathering by hand, maybe a mini baler.  Any advice would be great.

I think a 5020 is too light to do any kind of hay work. Even a small drum mower will weigh 800ish pounds I guess. Most of them fold back in transport mode so your swinging most of the weight of the mower farther (3 to 4ft) behind the rear of the tractor. Even with the loader frame I think you're to light. I've heard of people cutting hay with a rotary mower with a side removed but I never tried it

Probably be better to find a sickle mower or sell the 5020 and get a bigger tractor

You'll have to do some research, small drum mowers are out there that will fit and operate...

Here is an example, not any kind of endorsement...

Find a decent sickle mower, way less cost and no worries if it’s going to be too heavy. A 5020 will handle a hay rake but a baler that may be out of the question. I’ve baled small squares on a flat field with a Farmall Super C which is about the same hp but forget a wagon. So it’s do able
