Maybe not,a few years ago there was a Craftsman FF 20,comparable  garden tractor to a
JD 400 on the Frederick MD CL,no price so I called the guy asked the price he says its free.
I said you're joking right? He said no it really is free I drove up and got it for free,it was worth about $1000 at the time.
