   Didn't Allis and others make highlifts\ crawlers with backhoe attachments? I'd luv to find a decent one

	HD4, 655, Deere 450 and 555G all had backhoe attachments, clumsy as a Hoe, awkward using loader with hoe on. Not very useful for a General Purpose cover two bases machine.

	I have a 615 hoe attachment that came off my HD4 machine - it's a 2 lever unit with 14' digging depth . Used a diverter valve to tap power from hyd pump - so when hoe was attached the bucket circuit and relief valve was out of line - had to use diverter valve to power each circuit separate . Right now i am using boom cylinder on my 715B TLB as cylinders are similar or same . The swing on the 615 was a rotary piston type unit also used on MF hoes and some others. Would part with it as my plan on needing a backup hoe has changed since I am not doing sewer work now . It attached using a set of hook like cuts in plates mounted to rear of machine with 2 pins at top to anchor into plates . Hoe would be hooked to hydraulics , raised by outrigger cylinders to drop into hooks , then boom powered to tilt hoe so top pins could be placed into holes .

	Decades ago I had a H3 loader/backhoe. I had a small ski area at the time and it was great for working on the hills putting in snow-making piping and mowing in the fall. It was easy enough to drop and reattach the hoe that the hoe was only put on when needed. I used the hydraulic quick connectors to drive a hydraulic motor that I had mounted on a pull type rotary mower for mowing the ski runs.
