Went looking and found what foam was in there was a crumbling mess, nothing stopping the heat. It needs a firewall. Going to remove the bypass filter and make a barrier, going to put of some of that peel and stick sound and heat materal behind that to divert the fan blowing the heat. Its like 102 heat index here today.

some of that stuff is just FOAM and is pourous and will leak dirt / air thru it... Some of the stuff is more like caulking and no air pockets thru it......... that might be better ?

Butler Sound Deadening 80 ml, seems to be respected.
Believe i can stick it on top and fold it down behind the bypass filter bracket and curve back to the floor to block and still keep air moving down and below the cab.
