Never did a CA. But I have not seen a WD shell I didnt hate!:) The just seem to be a bugger to get the neck through at the same time the shell comes over the radiator.
Look forward to hear the tricks? Regards, Chris |

Wish I had something to offer to help. I've taken mine off several times and sometimes it was easier than others but it was never "easy".

Hardest part of removing mine was to get the lights out. Of course it hadn't been off in a long time.

I warped mine out at the bottom enough to clear the cultivator mounts so I could pull it up till the radiator
Spout would clear than pull the top forward you have to be a little brutal to get it off. It's much harder than a C which was pretty tough. When I put a CA front bolster on my C I cut the cultivator boss off. |

Thanks guys! I thought it was just me , not holding my mouth just right. I ended up grinding a little (5/16) on bottom of cultivator holes and that REALLY helped ! Seems like you still have to get a little rough . Sad to do that after it is all painted up. But that is just going to have to do. Thanks again for sharing .
