Two 18.4 X 30 deep tread 8 ply Firestone tires. Good for duals, or to put on D-17 thru 185, with eight bolt hubs. $800 OBO  Located in North Central Indiana

Is that some kind of Adapter Plate bolted to the Rim ?

That is an 8 bolt adapter plate that can be removed.
