   Do a search on ebay "Allis Tractor Manual"
 
   
  A number of ebay sellers are in to Manual Reprints big time. 
I got a number of Original Allis Manuals on ebay. 
Just have to bide your time.

  Bit pricey but it looks like an original.

   I was able to down load a manual for an old Murray lawn tractor and a manual for an old Cadet riding mower from a site called manualsonline so I would think that they would have a manual for you.

   New parts for it will be through Simplicity. You will need Simplicity part #s instead of AC ones, so go to the SimpleTractors cross reff, whichever tractor the 210 crosses to, I think it will be a 3210V , you can get a manaul at www.simplicitymfg.com and plug the mfr# into the manuals page.
