can you take a d21 210 or 220's transmissions and put in a 7000 series allis? don't know a lot about this series but only 1 that pulls in this area sounds like hell because howls so bad. i think its the power director trans making all the noise. found 7040 cheap brother thinking of buying and building into puller . power director trans is bad and we would rather just set it up like my d21 if possible

Dont think that will work, 7000 series are totally different than 21,s,210+220 ;those things are so heavy to begin with, alot of stripping needs to happen; gutting the PD and run a straight thru shaft can be done to by pass that problem

There is not one single part interchangebale in the driveline between a 7000 series and a D21.  The 7000 series driveline does not normally "howl", so there may be some custom made gears in it. It also could be a D21 chassis with 7000 series hoods.
