I have a 1979 Fiat Allis that works fine except the engine is starting to act like the main bearings are going out and I'd like to just replace it rather than take the down time to rebuild it... call me at 928 684 5390 or email me at docjonthomas@gmail.com... Time is a factor.  Thanks

Hi, i think it will be very difficult to get it... But there is always a solution. Fiats are popular mostly in Europe, so maybe you should take under consideration importing parts from there. I'm searching for parts on the Internet, and here are some Fiat tractors, and here is general category with all fiat heavy machines. Try calling some Fiat owners in Europe, ask them about engine to your Allis, and maybe some of them will have or will know where you can get that and bring it to US. Good luck with that docthomas. Thanks,I'll remember that... but I think there are differences in the agricultural engine and the industrial "mine" engine... like the injector pump, bell housing, etc. doc | |
