Somebody else buy this.... dropping CA prices increasingly make it hard not buying another tractor. It is not mine as I don't want wife to murder me for the holidays, especially when she'd get away with it.
Docs would write up my sudden 12ga lead poisoning as just another Covid caused death. ;)

Meanwhile, seller claims the CA runs well and is ready to work. Incl extra well-used ag tires and extra trip bucket for loader. Definitely check out the front axle for pivot pin wear - they wear bad enough w/o extra loader weight on it. Also, make sure you have room to work this loader b/c no power steering (arms strong unit).

I've had sellers do that when someone is coming to look as an item, rather than deal with other interested parties to avoid strangers visiting their home. Then ad either is deleted with sale or next in line gets contacted to see it.

I would be persistent on this. It looks to be an especially nice deal.
