   You may be able to rebuild yours. Ryan on here just rebuilt his and had a nice pictorial  of the box apart and him rebuilding it step by step. The mainshaft and parts were still available yet...

   Did one for a friend last summer, gears bearings and small parts are over $600 from Simplicity. I found a nice set of used gears, basically all the guts on eBay for $140 shipped and purchased the bearings from a simplicity dealer. Gears are expensive and have been for years. Back in the 70’s we had a B-110 and the gears went out, my dad purchased blank gears from Boston gear and bored and broached the holes for the shafts, very cheap!.... Lee  | |
