Wow, that's coming along really well. Is the engine original or is it a later series?

Keep plugging away on it. It’ll be well worth it when you’re done with it. Looking good.

Soooo, did you use the original front plate so that the hydraulic pump would mount or did you fashion a hole in the 3700 engine to mount it. Also, are you using the original DB injection pump,a DM pump,or did this irrigation engine have an inline pump of some sort?

I used the 210 front plate off the 3500 motor.
Yes I had to make the plate work because it would not bolt to the motor due to the oil pumps being made different. I just didn't use the original plate on the 3700 simply because I wanted to be able to bolt to the frame rails without having to get angle pieces,I wanted it to bolt to the frame and so it does. I used the 3500 pump simply because it was already altered and kept the dm pump off the 3700,and the fuel lines are bigger too but they wouldn't work on the 3700 motor so I took the tractor to scheid's in Terra Haute and they made new lines to fit the 3500 pump and 3700 motor.. |

I have some video's of it running but am having to have my daughter
do the posting and she's not always home due to school right now and we will have to figure out hot to do a video download as well. And i started this project back in 2019 and am still not finished as you can see mostly because it's not just going out and bolting things back on as they were before and we also built a new house the summer of 2020 and mom passed away in 2019 and I work Monday thru Thursday 12 hour days,so time really hasn't been my friend the past few years but it's getting closer. |

You're using the 210/220 model "DC" injection pump with custom made injector lines that work with the 3700 Mark 2 oil cooler ??? Injectors are A-C or Bosch ? I assume A-C.

Yes Doc,that's why I took the tractor to them to get lines made
to make sure they fit versus having them make them then bring them home and maybe not fitting and having to get more made, one time trip. Yes it has A-C injectors in it that were lasered, and I can't recall which ones exactly but I paid a lot of money for this little project back in the 90's. |
