11.5 to maybe 12 MPH at 1400 RPM (rated speed of the engine) but high idle no-load is 1700 rpm which is closer to 15 mph.

That seems right with the exception of one of my WD45s that only had one governor weight and would go close to 20 mph. (17-18 mph to be more precise)

With 15.5-38s and an engine running 2300 rpm I can get 25mph out of mine!! I wouldnt recomend it tho, it can get a little scary with a loose front end.

We could all pitch in and rent the Indy raceway and run a 500 mile race, with an average speed 0f 18 while on the track, and figuring stopping for fuel and potty breaks, we could run the race in just a little over 30 hours!

Mine will do 15 mph with a stock governor and 14.9x28. My WD is the racing machine, it will do 17-18mph with 13.6x28 and a 170 governor spring.
