7116 Simplicity and blade I picked up today. P.O. says not getting voltage to starter. Hooked up new battery and NOTHING works. No starter, no lights not even a tick or ting from anything getting juice. Suggestions?

Possibly a safety switch or ground.

New ignition switch. Fired up, running great and mowing.
