Anyone else experiencing a massive increase in the number of ticks out there?
I can't even walk thru the yard (mowed) without picking the damn things up. A quick Google says 'experts' say this should be a bumper year for the buggers. Edited by Coke - 06 Jun 2021 at 1:24pm |

Have noted a few, but no worse than any previous year. Need REALLY Dry and then a few Pasture Fires then REALLY Wet and burn off the underbrush in our woodlots, they will be minimal for a few years after that.

I am averaging one a day. Have bites all over me and and know when I get a new bite because the old ones start itching. Never seen anything like it and I am not the kind of person to stay in the house. Have one bite from late March on my thigh still see the mark.

BAD here too Coke. Prolly cause it was a warmer than average winter? I hate the little buggers! Pick a couple of the dog about every day. PS and he's not too happy then either!

About the average number here, ---- but then again we never have many at this location. 10 miles away they say they are bad.
