I am hoping to get some help from a member on this site that lives close to york nebraska,  I want to purchase a 10 dollar item from a person that will not ship the item, the item is a vintage electronic testing item, approx the size of 2 old cigar boxes staked on top of each other, I would send you funds for purchase and shipping in a flatrate box at the post office prior to any transactions,  This is a long shot for me,   please send me a PM if you can help me out, Thnx in advance
