that is the question....
to paint the 'internals' in the lower 'chamber' of an old well hand pump to keep the stuff at the end of the rod from rusting...
Have a new 'cup leather' soaking so no hurry...
.. and well's only 10 foot deep..........

cant hurt.... a lot depends if its underwater.. or can be exposed to air ( oxygen) during the operation..
Like them all, but love the "B"s.
