Looks like some specialized maple syrup. It is the rage now days. I haven not jumped on the rum and bourbon infused syrups. Still trying to keep it pretty old school simple except for our sauces! Regards, Chris

I did try a maple syrup old fashioned once. Really didn't care for it but if you take some 3/4 finished sap and mix it with some Jack Daniels pretty tasty. But the sap has to be warm. Tends to make boiling a little more fun also. I don't produce at the level of Chris though!!

Have a local Distillery here, that takes his maple syrup and ages it in the old bourbon barrels. States that it is "KID FRIENDLY", But boy does it have the maple/bourbon smell, and is darn good!!! The issue, is when the wife and I stop, she buys a bunch of stuff! Not saying what! LOL. Their Moonshine, coffee, is good in the morning joe.
