Going through my dad's stuff and found a brochure for The Lauson 15-30 tractor made by The John Lauson Mfg. Co. in New Holstein, Wisconsin.

According to the brochure it was "Dust Proof-All Gears Enclosed".

Never heard of this trator company. Googled it and they were bought out by Tecumseh in the 1950s.

Tried to post a picture but I, nor my kids could get it resized to fit.

Here is one I had through my shop a few years ago.  It's a Lauson, but some were sold under the Nichols Shepard name in Canada.

It amazes me all the tractor brands that one comes across that few people now know of.  Were Lauson tractors reliable? Wonder why they disappeared. Poor marketing or?? How many were made, Etc?
