What's the consensus on the color of a D17sIV steering wheel?

white?
(maybe appliance enamel?)

off-white? any suggestions?

A-C cream?...as the wheels and decal background are now.

Most I've seen are white.

Note, the seat will be black & white as was the original....as soon as I can get one or revamp this one.

Allis didn't go to white trim until the mid seventies, so I would think your steering wheel would be the cream color to match the grill and wheels.  Just a SWAG.
Most problems can be solved with the proper application of high explosives.

Norm's antiques can get you the seat.
