On Allis-Chalmers farm equipment tractors, I only ever saw an OEM foot accelerator on a D-21.  I'm sure there were industrial tractor applications that may have had OEM foot accelerators (or decelerators).

I used a 6080 with loader for years with a foot throttle and loved it. Very Handy

I was hoping to add one to my 190. Might have to fabricate something with a double action cable

I looked at the 7000 foot control and it works with the dash lever. 918 probably was the same way.
I'll have to think about a setup with the console control

IB's had a foot throttle. Probably could be adapted to a B fairly easily.

5040 had them, but, because of the short wheel base........all you got was full throttle, zero throttle, full throttle, zero throttle etc, etc, etc. Very useless on smaller tractors. Your foot just bounced up and down on anything that jarred the tractor.

Don't know if it was factory or option but my Maroon belly 7000 had a foot throttle. Also the dash throttle. My 7020 did not have that. Many differences of the Maroon 7000 and black 7020.

Only took me a few years to get around to doing this!
:)

It works. Phase 1 product development!

Theres a way to do it - ive seen a few where the foot throttle over rides the hand throttle- it take some welding of -stops - on the rod that goes to the injector pump but was actually very simple ; the Fiat built Allis tractors were one step ahead !

I drive my D-10 series III on tractor caravans.
I've often thought making a foot throttle/ accelerator, for it, and wondered if it wood be the effort ?

That style of tractor would be harder to do, but probably possible.
