governor spring color to RPM speed info needed

   I found the problem in my 37WC gov. The gov weight shaft wore bad & drive shaft. I'm putting a new style gov set up in it.  Stlyled WC, WD gov type. I didn't have a new style spring.  went to my buddy Carl's he gave me a front cover with a spring in it. Cleaned it up and it is a spring with a white paint stripe on it .In my manuals it has a WC spring Green paint, and a WD spring red paint stripe. What are the RPM's for them. What did a WD45 have also.
